Technical analysis

Your profile goes to our Talent Bank and our recruiters review it carefully, checking if it actually fits with our opportunities, and then they get in touch with you.

Feedback and pre-match

With your profile approved by our time, we will send your information to the client responsible for the vacancy so that they can also validate it. And rest assured! After this step, our team will always give you feedback.

Hands-on!

It’s done! Now you are part of the Thunders team and you can already show your talent! Working at SevenApps is work on a team that cares about each of its employees, and where you have the freedom to give your best, besides teach and learn a lot around here! Just enjoy and live the best experience you can!

Fill out the technical form

You will need to fill out a form with your personal data and your technical part, so we can know better about your experience time, the stacks you master, your English level, among other informations.

Interview

After an initial expectations alignment , we schedule two interviews with you: the first one is with our HR team, and the second is a technical interview, with our CEO or our Tech Lead.

Proposal

After the Client’s validation, we have the long-awaited proposal, where we agree on the last details to sign the contract and make you our new Thunder!

Go beyond

If you are fluent in English, you can be allocated to foreign companies, working online wherever you are.
